These terms apply when you sign up for text messages from Miss Lucille's Cafe, for example by
ticking the texting box on a form on misslucillescafe.com. By signing up, you agree to them.

What you'll get

Texts about our specials, events, new menu items, and offers, plus replies about any request you
send us (like a catering or party inquiry). How often we text varies. Message and data rates may
apply.

Signing up is optional. You never have to agree to texts to order from us, book a table, or plan
an event.

By signing up, you agree that we may send these texts to the number you gave us (and any new
number you give us later), including texts sent with automated tools.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text from us, and we will stop texting you. You'll get one last text
confirming you're unsubscribed. It may take a short time for your request to go through.

Replying STOP is the fastest and surest way to opt out. If you'd rather, you can also email or
call us (below) and we'll remove you.

If you change your number

If you stop using the phone number you signed up with, please reply STOP from it first (or tell
us), so we don't text whoever gets that number next.

Who can sign up

You need your own mobile phone with texting. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you
need a parent's or guardian's permission. Not every carrier supports these messages, and
carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered texts.

Our responsibility

We send texts as a service to our guests, "as is." We can't promise every text will arrive or
arrive on time, because delivery depends on your carrier and phone.

Your privacy

We handle your number and texting history as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell or
share your phone number with others for their own marketing.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep
receiving our texts after a change, you accept the new terms.
