Miss Lucille's Cafe
Last updated: October 29, 2026
At Miss Lucille's Cafe, we only ask for the information we need to serve you: to answer your
questions, plan your party or catering order, and, if you ask us to, send you news and offers.
This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It covers our website (misslucillescafe.com), the forms on it, our emails and text messages, and
any other way you contact us online.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form on our site (catering, private party, contact, or
newsletter sign-up), we collect what you type in. That can include your name, phone number, email
address, company name, event date and time, number of guests, budget, and any notes you add. If
you message us, we keep the message and our reply.
What other services give us. Some services we work with share information with us, for
example:
- Our online ordering and reservation partner (Toast), when you place an order or book a table. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor. We don't store them.
- Our analytics tools, which tell us how people use our site.
- Social media sites, if you tag us, message us, or post about us there.
What we collect automatically. Like most websites, ours records some technical details when
you visit: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you look at and for how long, the
site you came from, and your general location (based on your IP address). We use cookies and
similar tools for this. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
We may also look at this information in summary form, for example which menu pages are most
popular, so we can improve the site.
How we use it
- To serve you: answer your questions, plan catering and private events, manage orders and reservations, and follow up on your requests.
- To improve: understand how people use our site, fix problems, and make it better.
- To stay in touch, if you ask us to: send our newsletter, specials, and event news by email or text.
- To keep things safe: protect our site and guests, and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse.
- To follow the law: meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the companies that help us run the Cafe and this website, such as website hosting, our customer messaging system, email and text delivery, online ordering, and analytics. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- With our related businesses at Project 2231, where they help us serve you under this same policy.
- If the business is sold or changes ownership, with the new owner.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our guests, staff, property, or legal rights.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things. We use them, and
similar tools, to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site. You can stop Google Analytics from
using your data with Google's opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. The site will still work, but some
features may not.
Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your choices
- See, correct, or delete your information: email us at the address below.
- Emails: use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us. See our Text Message Terms for details.
Children
Our website is not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone
under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is 100% secure,
so we can't promise perfect security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest
version. If we make a big change to how we use information we already have, we'll let you know,
for example with a notice on our site.
